During the summer of 2010, Cedric returned to California before once again heading off to explore foreign lands.
Although he once again spent quite a bit of time in Los Angeles, the most interesting part of his journey was his trip up the coast of California--all the way to San Francisco.
He visited several of the historic California missions on the journey, but his favorite was Mission Santa Barbara.
After spending some time visiting with the banana slugs of Santa Cruz, Cedric moved on to San Francisco, where he ran across a few dragons in China Town. Luckily, they were friendly dragons, and they even agreed to pose for a snapshot.

Northern California was just too chilly for Cedric, though. He was happy to return to Southern California for a few days before leaving for Costa Rica. One of his last outings with his Californian friends was to Santa Monica, where he enjoyed a big plate of shrimp at Bubba Gump's and several games of air hockey in the arcade on the pier.

Finally, it was time for Cedric's next big international adventure: Latin America! He arrived in Heredia, Costa Rica on June 13th. During his five weeks in the country, he visited Arenal Volcano National Park as well as the Guayabo Archeological Park.
